ECO School

We have a working committee involved with the Eco and Healthy School.

We have achieved silver status at Eco School level.  We have monitiors in each class whose job it is to remind everyone (including adults) to stick to our Eco rules:

At Shalfleet School, to make our school and our world a better place, we promise to try to:

Turn off lights in empty rooms.

Turn off taps to avoid wasting water.

Shut the outside doors to keep heat in.

Put rubbish in bins, and recycle what we can.

Use junk waste for models.

Compost our fruit leftovers.

Look after our outside spaces.
